What slider will be easier to do this?

Good day! The designer drew a layout and there is such a slider.
Tell me which jquery plugin will make it easier to make it? Is it possible to do something like this on ow-carousel2?

I would say that this fits perfectly into a vertical slick + a large slider associated with it ( there is a similar example in the demo ) .

Here the question is not in the plugin now. And what is the UX and animation of this carousel in the vision of the designer. What should happen when changing slides, at least with the navigation?
