What size to make a site on CMS?

I'm learning web development with a focus on front-end, now for a resume I'm making a small business card website for a friend. Only 6 pages, I do without cms. The same footer and header blocks are copied using gulp-include when building the project, all content is long-lived.
Does it make sense to use cms in such a site?
Please share your criteria and experience when cms is needed?

It probably makes sense to use a CMS when you need to add some content or update it. If you have few pages / content or it is rarely updated, then there is no point in using CMS / CMF

CMS is necessary when you understand - "that's it, then I'll fuck all this with my hands! Where the fuck is the distribution kit of the latest Joomla? Time is running out!". Otherwise, saw bikes while you're young, learn from simple, safe projects while you can. As soon as you need something serious, you will feel it. But do not forget to learn something from the frameworks, at least at the level of "how does this garbage work inside?".

from scratch or at least on frameworks

In general, it makes sense, because when friends want to fix something, but you are not there, they are unlikely to be able to use gulp to rebuild later.
Well, as an option.

+1 to the answer above: you'll know for yourself when that happens.
Just be sure to warn your friends that they won’t do anything without you, and it would be nice to give them access to turnips in case of emergency.
