In this case, "MONITORS" will be 1920/1600/1440/1360 (depending on the wishes of the client), for a mobile phone it is better to take 414 * 736, taking into account that this is a Retina screen or 360 * 740. This is just one screen. For a project, you only need to know the width of the layout, the height can be any.

Whatever resolution you make, do not forget that most have laptops where the screen is 1024. And now at least 1360 is fashionable, which is displayed with a scroll at the bottom.
But it's better to make "rubber" - when the site is full screen at any resolution.
