Free proxies will not help anyway, they are banned mercilessly.
So, either raise your own on dedicated VPS, or buy paid proxies (and even then, without a guarantee of a ban).
By subject: google the Proxy Gear Pro program, I used it at one time. Prog:
1. Makes Google requests, such as "proxy list" "proxy server", etc.
2. Saves the urls that google gives out
3. Then it parses all these urls
4. Copy-paste proxy + port
5. Then it checks the proxy for validity, performance and type (anonymous, transparent, white and fluffy elite, etc.)
