What should you pay attention to when organizing a network for 150 machines?

Dear colleagues on the other side of the wire.
There is a task - to organize a network at office on 150 persons. 2 wires from the provider. One wire feeds the entire office, the other to the servers and important directorial negotiations on the Internet. People often communicate via skype, mango, sales department. Viruses are everywhere. It is advisable to deploy a normal wifi network so that the wires do not interfere. wifi is needed without manually switching to another network when moving around the office. What you should pay attention to? Interested in any experience. The budget is not yet known. Will come from the intended system. I would like to deploy a domain, but I don’t know how this is done in practice and what is generally needed for this.

About Wifi, look towards Ubiquiti UniFi, and it's not expensive and works decently. The only batch of plates we got was defective, about 13 pieces were replaced under warranty.

It doesn't make much sense without a budget.
The layout is also incomprehensible, for WiFi this is important.
In general, you should contact the office, which would do everything. All the shoals, then who will fix it? And they certainly will, no matter how hard you try.
Hire a remote project leader who will monitor and manage the process. And on the spot you can already cope on your own. In any case, you will need an Enikeyschik.

you should start with an experienced administrator. who flogs in these cases. unless of course there is no desire to then rake the shoals of aftora.

The first thing that catches your eye is "I want to deploy a domain, but I don't know how this is done in practice and what is generally needed for this." There business for 1 min. dcpromo and start machines in the domain. What does this tell us? That you are either not a techie at all, or you just started your journey into the IT world, and instead of a position, you took the place of an IT department director or a system administrator.
Second moment. You are thrown from viruses to wires and there is no clear understanding of either the picture as a whole or the exact Wishlist itself.
And question number 3. What is mango? Why don't you use an orange or a cherry, there are pretty good rates for fruits? Or maybe it's still SIP telephony?
Now on business.
In your case, you need to pay attention to everything.
p.1 Why did you decide to remove the wires? It works, let it work. What did you take for the waffle, you don’t even have a domain. Collect the domain, enter cars into the domain. You will have enough work for the first month, as there will be a lot of squeals, screams, lost shortcuts from the desktops of the accounting departments, sales and everyone else, except for the janitor.
p.2 What's going on with the servers? Adequate servers or old dull .avno? Are there raid arrays, is there enough memory, processors. Are there any backups or "Aren't you making backups yet?, then we're coming to you!"??? When the information disappears, they will come to you, not to the server.
p.3 Two uplinks?, already good. BUT! If the Internet falls on one uplink, then all departments will be left without an Internet or the director will not be able to call his beloved mother-in-law? How to choose? Maybe it's worth buying a piece of iron with several wan and adjusting the balance? For the first time, you can take an old computer, install linux and do it manually in case of an accident.
item 4 WaiWai. If there are no wires, it's good if you build a wifi network through .opu, then you are provided with crap! If you were exactly a techie, you would say not "without switching to manual", but a seamless wifi network. To do this, you need to at least have a map of the office in order to understand where there are dead zones or walls! If openspace then chocolate. What equipment to take? Take the one that is praised by the reviews, the one that you can set up (you probably can’t do mikrotik and ubiubi), and the one that will fit into the budget!
Clause 5 Clause 5. Although it would probably have to be done Clause 1. Viruses. Fight and prevent disease! Distribute masks to everyone, issue sick leaves and let them go home! But seriously, I didn’t even see a couple of lines about choosing, for example, an antivirus or any other recommendations.
You would have an architect or at least an intelligent anykey'ya in the staff =)
ps. There will be questions, please contact. Always open to dialogue and cash flow =)
