What should thermal paste look like after a week of computer use?

Applied new Arctic MX-4 thermal paste to the processor in a new PC. A week later, I disassembled the PC for some reason and found that the thermal paste on the processor and cooler was quite wet.

What should be the consistency of thermal paste after a week of computer operation? Should it be dry or rather damp?

Pretty wet. In any case, if you have disassembled the thermal interface, you should remove all the old paste, at least degrease the interface (or better, polish and grind), apply an even layer of paste (and not snot in the middle, maybe it will crush), smooth, assemble.
When tightening fasteners, if possible, do it evenly.

Good afternoon. Did you solve the problem with the temperature of the processor 10700? The same percentage I have and the cooler, 6191339c3b29d372749179.pngIn bf5 for example the temperature is 85, in idle 40-45
