What should I use to back up my photo archive?

I do photography as a hobby and I have a server on my LAN running RAID1 on Linux. I copy the entire working folder to it, including the Lightroom data. Workplace on Windows. I need a one way sync solution. It is highly desirable that it would be possible to set up a synchronization delay, so that if I could roll back everything, say a day, and also that it could somehow monitor the download and synchronize when I am not at the computer, so as not to eat resources.

Create a batch file with robocopy that copies files older than 1 day to your server. Also start from a sheduler during idle time.
