What should I do with the resulting file after exporting the Microsoft Azure disk?

A disk was exported from Microsoft Azure (Settings → Export disk)
What should I do with the received file after downloading? (vhd file)

Unpacked via 7-zip - received img, but according to Win10, it is damaged. VirtualBox refuses to accept it too.
