What should I do next in learning Web Development?

Such a question, already + -1 year I came into the field of web development, at first I studied from all sorts of videos on YouTube, how they make layouts, progress was very slow, but the result was not negative, then I got an English course on Full Stack Web developing with Udemy, completed 60% of the course there and learned a lot of new things (html/css/bootstrap/js/jquery/node.js/express/ejs and react.js is still ahead). Now my question is, what should I do next? Since I left school this year (at 19), I have a choice either to go to "college" on the same Full Stack Web development and study there for 7 months, or immediately join the freelance industry and rise there with the very bottom. I would choose a college, but 7 months, learning everything from scratch, it's a waste of time for me, because I'm almost at the junior level, that is, make up a website, connect to a server, add the api key, and with some help I will succeed with the application. What should I do?

Ps: If I choose a college, I will have to go there 5 times a week, from 8 am to 4 pm. If I practice all this at home, then in 7 months I will achieve more, this is my personal opinion, but the advice of professionals would be useful to me :)

Let's start with the fact that you are not a junior and never have been. You will become a junior only when you get at least a year of experience, while not freelancing.
About freelancing, in turn, immediately forget, because in terms of price-quality ratio you are absolutely uncompetitive.

at junior level
completed 60% of the course there

You have problems with concepts. Go study.
And in general, at the age of 19 (left, did not finish) school - did you stay 2 times for the second year?
You still have to learn, not to freelance butt.

but 7 months, learning everything from scratch, this is a waste of time for me,

Self-taught, you waste years to grow up to something. But here, of course, depending on what kind of college, if they give 0 knowledge there, then yes, it’s a waste.
in 7 months I will achieve more, this is my personal opinion,

Do as you see fit. Then see if it was a mistake or the right choice and draw conclusions.
From this benefit will be in the future 100 times more than from the next learned framework.
but professional advice would be useful to me

I have not met a single professional in the field of building a career here, especially for yesterday's schoolchildren.
And thinking about who built his personal career 10-15-20 years ago will only interfere with you. Any fantasy on this topic is realized by someone somewhere.

I made the following conclusion for myself, 90% of those who answered here are adult uncles who may be offended by their wives, or maybe their bosses, for which they spit bile. And I took the right advice. I still won't go to college. I will continue to develop myself. And WapSter would make everything easier if I could learn all this in an hour, but you won’t learn anything in an hour, the course lasts 54 hours, not counting the time spent on the task, and even after this course, without practice, you can’t even become a junior: )
