Apple App Store

What should I do if the Mac App Store is selling my app without my knowledge?

One of my zNotes users informed me three weeks ago that it was sold in the Mac App Store under the name NoteLite: itunes.apple.com/app/notelite-a/id556551246 .
You can compare screenshots:
zNotes: qt-apps.org/content/show.php/zNotes?content=113117 sourceforge.net/projects/znotes/
NoteLite: mac.softpedia.com/progScreenshots/NoteLite-a-Scree...
I immediately wrote to Apple ( https://www.apple.com/legal/contact/), but did not receive an answer for three weeks.
Question: what to do?

@reiser

try www.apple.com/legal/itunes/appstorenotices/

@EuroElessar

The Mac AppStore does not allow the sale of GPL applications.
Push it and demand to delist the app

GPL? Then, in general, no way. The GPL does not in any way forbid the commercial use of the code as long as the source is provided. You can only click on the topic "open source code"
