What should I do if my laptop freezes while watching online videos and playing games?
For a long time I have been suffering with the problem of freezing my laptop (HP G72) while watching movies online and playing online games (CSS, League of Legends, CS:GO). Usually, all the rules are loaded, I start playing, and as soon as more or less action starts, my computer freezes, for a while it does not react to anything and there is some buzzing sound from the speakers. Then the sound stops, the computer does not respond for some time and then sags. So, for example, today in the first 11 minutes of playing LOL, he managed to freeze four times and then freeze even without action. I thought the problem was that the computer for 6 years of his life was full of dust. Last week, I took it apart, cleaned it (there was almost no dust in it), put it back together, cleaned it through CCleaner (in the hope that it will solve if there are problems with which it is connected), but to no avail. What is this garbage and how to deal with it, I do not understand. You are welcome,

1. check for overheating
, install a program that can monitor sensor readings (for example, OpenHardwareMonitor) and see what the maximum temperature was on the video card and CPU after it sags.
2. Checking for errors and defragmenting the hard drive (if you installed an SSD, then only check)
Xun here everything is more complicated. Here, most likely, the screw deigns to set off
I had exactly the same problem, especially when playing an online game. I disassembled the laptop, cleaned it, then reinstalled Windows. But then it turned out that this is just an old computer, which is already slowly coping with the tasks assigned to it, always slows down and then cuts down.
