What should I do if I receive a defective product from kickstarter?

I ordered a 3D printer (101hero) that was supposed to be delivered in November, but it arrived only recently, after assembly it turned out that one of the modules was not working. I tried to write to the contact addresses of 101 hero, but did not receive a response. Is it possible to "open a dispute" like on aliexpress or at least do something?
