Hello everyone, as always, I got an inadequate client, I forgot to turn off the tracker, deleted the empty clock, but it wasn’t enough for him and he decided to check the last week, everything is fine on it in the general background, but somewhere there was a screen that I opened telegrams, YouTube, etc. , in general, I got a little distracted, but almost everything relates to working with his project, the claim to me is that there are few screenshots with a test editor, given that I am a web-based, and I sit in the browser all the time, today he completed the contract and opened a dispute, for 425 bucks ( the whole week).
Will he win the dispute over several screenshots?
Can I withdraw money for all screens that relate to work?

I had a dispute, but not like yours, but the client just scammed, hired hard workers, we worked for a week, and he opened disputes to everyone just like that. (I still had suspicions before the project, but I decided to check how Upwork's hourly protection system works).
In short, we paid money for all screens where the activity is above 50%. About it even in ToS it is written somewhere.
Someone scared that they pay only for screenshots from the IDE, but this is not so, I have both a browser and a slack of 60% of the screenshots there.
By the way, the dispute, even completed in my favor, still dropped jss. Other morons freelancers were afraid of bad reviews and made $1000+ refunds. And the client didn’t leave any feedback, apparently he caught a banana: D

I was on the other side of the barricades when a freelancer from Armenia tried to scam our company. More precisely, a whole team of freelancers under one account. Everything was obvious from the screenshots, but Upwork did not investigate and did not return anything.
