What should I do if I can't perform actions on files through File Explorer?
The problem is that I can’t perform any actions specifically with files in Explorer (executing, opening, deleting, archiving and unzipping ..), what is there, if you click on the RMB file, then there will be a problem itself, which with the above actions leads to endless loading in the explorer, in addition, I still can not use administrator rights to open programs (I can click on "Run as administrator", but the program does not start).
Windows 10, when loading endlessly, the mouse icon is replaced by a blue loading circle, no actions can be performed (like closing the explorer itself or minimizing it), I would like to note that you can close the explorer through the quick access panel, in addition using the Windows search , quick access bar, start bar and desktop (which is the strangest thing, because if I'm not mistaken, then all of the above is the same File Explorer) you can still open applications and files. In addition, I can still perform actions on directories with Explorer, even if they contain files.
PS Internet search did not give any results, it is recommended to run sfc (system file checker), when I tried to open the command line from IA, I just noticed that I can not open applications as administrator. The funny thing is that to solve the problem with opening on behalf of the administrator, it is recommended to use the same sfc service.
