What should be used for the store, ngrx or services?

Why did they create ngrx, if there are services that also allow you to store the state. What are the benefits of using ngrx?

By analogy with redux from a parallel world.
Advantages - in the presence of documentation and the availability of devtools for tracking.
Disadvantages - an extra lib, a boilerplate and a stream of events that can affect performance.
There are no special advantages, especially if you can write in streams without unnecessary subjects.
