Hello, please tell me convenient programs (bundles of programs) designed for web design. On Windows OS. Preferably something other than Adobe Photoshop, which is not very convenient and was not originally intended for these purposes. Also personal usage experience would be a nice addition to the answer.

The closest alternative to Photoshop is Fireworks. It's more web-oriented, but far from great either.
