It is important for me how the site will look on a monitor resolution of 1920px. Please tell me what should be the working width of the psd layout? Now it seems like the standard is 1170px with a total width of 1920px. But at the same time, it is not entirely clear how the site will look on a 1920px monitor. Please tell me how to solve this problem? The site is responsive.

"Correct" is when the layout looks the same as the layout.
How layout N will look like at resolution Y - You can check very simply - export the layout to an image, for example PNG, then open it in any graph. editor, viewer or directly in the browser.
For adaptive layouts, when it's "correct" - they either draw their own layout for each resolution, or describe the logic for adapting elements.
