What should be the overview of a previously unknown (new) CMS?

For almost two years now I have been writing CMS / CMF in my free time as a platform primarily for myself. No one drives, I write for pleasure - and therefore I try to do it qualitatively. In the presence of many CMS of different calibers, there are still often questions about the “ideal” - therefore, I hope mine can be useful to someone.
I would like to write a review here on Habré to show what happened and to hear the opinion / advice / wishes / criticism of colleagues in the shop.
But in what direction to write an article? If you make an overview of the possibilities, it will look like advertising and PR, if you go deep into the structure, you need to write a lot of pages, no one can stand it. There is an idea to take some separate most interesting component and describe it, showing its features (there is something to show). The CMS itself is at the Alpha stage, not tied to compatibility with previous versions, and therefore the community can directly influence how it will settle down.
A question for you - what would you advise on the account of the publication format?
PS I do not write the name or the link, if you are interested in something more specific - ask, I will answer in a personal or comments.

There are already a lot of articles on Habré like “but I started writing tsms and implemented the router like this”, even if it is very interesting, it is torn out of context, which is just important.
If you have a really full-fledged CMS, describe its differences in comparison with 2-3 direct competitors, both positive and negative differences.

I personally would be interested in reading and talking in general. I also write, although for 6 years now my cms has released 3 full versions and is constantly developing. And also for myself and for the soul. I write everything myself, even the visual text editor did it in two years (http://d.pr/i/AWhI).

Make a CMS review in the form of a video podcast, like in 5 minutes I'll show you to good break-beat music how to make a site similar to Habrhabr on my CMS.

I will make a separate branch so as not to hammer Gloom with mail =)
Look, you are doing

global $Page, $db;

Are there any guarantees for a third party developer that there are no $cache, $config, $name variables? Are there any guarantees that in the next version you will not think of using these variables as global ones? No =( It turns out a minefield. They will tear you apart, 100%. You can check.
For example, I'm already used to using $page, $pageNext, $pageLast, etc. when paginating.

Regarding “multilingualism”, I remember 4-5 years ago there was such a CMS from Greek developers as Elxis (a fork of Mambo, if anyone still remembers it). There they just sharpened everything out of the box for multilingualism. I doubt that there are few multilingual CMS. The darkness of them, these CMS-approx.
