What engine to take for a rating site?

Please advise the best solution for a site with ratings based on reviews. What CMS can be taken? Task: to make not a super-reliable and expensive option, but vice versa, for test ideas and cheaper.

The one you feel comfortable working with. The task is not difficult in principle. The same Wordpress can be used, or Modx if you know.

It depends on the rating of what exactly and on what criteria this rating depends (simple asterisks like in WP are nonsense). We need good algorithms and protection against cheating in the first place.

The task is described too generally. There are directories under Joomla. You can manually collect on the materials: the rating of articles in Joomla out of the box, redefine the layouts and use the essence of the material for the product or what you need.
