What should be done to make the site work on select computers on the local network?

So the question itself: there is a local network where several dozen computers are located and a local site is running. What needs to be done so that some section of this site works on specific computers, and not on the entire network?

Mlyn!! Deny 1.1.1.1,2.2.2.2 (IP conditional) was to blame.

If you really want to pervert, then you can set up ident authentication, only you will need to install an ident server on client computers.

I think this is not a task of PHP in general, but of a firewall in a computer network. The options suggested here "smear" the point of filtering traffic across different hosts/applications, which, it seems to me, is erroneous.
