What should be a good business card site?

Good afternoon. I am looking for a job as a coder, I have experience. I don’t want to do resumes in Word or on resume generators. You need to make a business card website in order to throw HR.
1) there is an idea to do it on pure HTML5. Without styles and scripts.
2) add a feedback form with text fields and a file field so that the test can be thrown.
I would be happy for advice or ideas)

Website for HR - shows your skills, abilities. And then I'm looking for a layout designer, I go to the site and then p...ts - I see a site without animation, without a feedback form, and not adaptive. What is the conclusion? Correctly! Not a layout designer, but an html developer)

In order for the site to be not ashamed to show it, it must demonstrate your skills, be moderately simple and convenient.
If you want people to write something to you from the site - make a feedback form, if you just want to watch - do not make a feedback form :)
Place your portfolio, information about yourself: age, gender, where you are from, what you studied and what you can do.
PS The feedback form is not required, your contacts are much more needed so that HR can contact you :)

dear SpiderPigAndCat , in my humble opinion, if you make a business card, then it should be beautiful. take some free psd template and
make it up, but as for the form, it doesn’t make sense to do it at all, because if your site is viewed and if they still want to contact you, they will do it through the mail, which it would be nice to indicate
