What should an ASP.Net MVC developer be able to do?

I would very much like to know more about the features of employment for a position in this specialty.
I understand that you need to know ASP.Net MVC itself, C#, and html, css, js, jquery...
What questions are usually asked at interviews for this position, and what is the future.

Be sure to add XML and Ajax interaction, as well as necessarily T-SQL / MS SQL + some kind of ORM (Entity Framework as a rule, but sometimes exotic). Often you should know several related technologies - WCF, SignalR, but this is more for middle and senior.

- ASP.NET MVC (knowledge of WebApi will be a plus)
- Entity Framework
- SQL Server (Ability to write SQL queries)
- jQuery (Html, Css and Js as a matter of course)
- Ability to work with a version control system will also be a plus
