The question arose, what should an ordinary professional specialist
"Installer TP" at any Internet provider should know and be able to do?
In addition to crimping the cable, what else should you know / be able to do, and what +/- in this profession? Thanks to.

Be able to configure subscriber devices (win, linux, routers), understand TCP / IP, be able to solve the problem on the spot. + Some provider-specific skills, such as setting up billing accounts or the like. Well, keep a puncher in your hands, of course)
