It's not about soft skills, it turns out
1. git
2. Jira, trello, ms project, understand what it is and how it works
3. agile, scrum, all sorts of Gantt charts
and everything?
It’s clear to have an idea about programming, layout, design, but it’s the specific skills that are of interest.

All the tools you listed can be learned in 1 day, and a good project is distinguished not by this, but by knowledge of all development processes and, accordingly, experience that allows you to see the bottlenecks of any projects and how it solves them.
In my opinion, the most important skill is to love people and development. Everything else does not affect the results. And by the way, a good PM can pull out even a obviously worthless project, and vice versa =)
