What should a junior (front end) know about linux?

Good afternoon, in vacancies in the requirements for the candidate, "skills in working in Linux systems" are often indicated. The question is, what skills are we talking about? If I have linux installed and I have experience working from its console, is that enough? Or do you need to know some special commands? To be honest, my work in the console has not changed much since the transition from Windows to Linux. Basically, what I do is install some plugins, libraries, there were no difficulties in this, so I don’t understand what is expected from the applicant.

I saw people who called themselves programmers and at the same time were terribly afraid to open the console and do something in it. I think you've met them. You can usually recognize them from afar by their desire to pervert as you like and put 100,500 plugins in your ide, just not to run the console. They seem to be afraid of the blinking cursor. This is usually accompanied by a fear of experimentation and learning new things in general. First of all, the requirement to be able to work with linux screens out such candidates.
In my environment, the phrase "Linux skills" means that you can set up your working environment, you can manage dependencies, run builds, tests, and at the same time not distract colleagues with stupid questions like "I entered vim and now I don't know how to get out of it. Our profession does not involve any serious administration (in companies where it exists at all, there is usually a separate admin), but you have to do everything related to everyday tasks yourself.
