What should a github profile look like?

I got the courage to post various programs on github. Of the accounts, I have an old profile with a repository with a bad layout. The fact is that before game development, I merged into the web, I wanted to finish the layout later and make a whole portfolio of dozens of layouts, I even had a concept. But I didn't like the web, or rather, there were aspects that made me turn away from the web and move into, ahem, the realm of dreams. But now that’s not about that, how should I maintain a profile on github? So that everything is beautiful, according to repositories, folders. I also saw that many instructions are applied to their programs. Are there examples of good github profiles? Delete the old profile and create a new one, or keep using what you have?
