What should a Frontend developer know in order for his salary to be > 100k?

I look at vacancies sometimes and think is it real?
Sometimes it happens that the RFP write 200k and above, but how many years does it take to be in the frontend to apply for such a position?
My question is: What should a developer be able to at least earn 100k - 150k, how many years does it take to do this and is it real, or are the prices just too high and that's it?
