Question about the employment contract and the amount of payment.?

Good day everyone.
Need clarification from experienced people.
The situation is this I get a job with an employment contract, they are going to take it on the following conditions:
The actual size of the salary is N rubles.
The amount of salary according to the documents is the minimum wage (minimum wage). Naturally N > minimum wage.
The question is: is this state of affairs fraught with something for the employee? What is the purpose of the employer doing this? to pay less taxes?

The author, this is fraught for you with the fact that your salary is the salary that is indicated in the contract.
It is subject to all the obligations of the employer in accordance with labor legislation - to pay it on time, pay 3x the amount upon dismissal for reduction, pay back wages and so on.
The rest is a premium that you are not required to pay at all.

UST 26% + personal income tax 13% is charged on the employee's salary. In total, he pays the state another 39% of the amount that you receive officially. Naturally, everyone tries to minimize this amount.

You will receive less in the pension fund.
The loan will be approved for a smaller amount.
In case of disputes with the organization, you can sue less.
All.
It makes sense.
Both you and the company pay less taxes.
And this money goes personally into your pocket and personally into the pocket of the enterprise.
It's profitable, but illegal.

Be careful with such an employer, at one point he may tell you - "I have no money to pay you"
Go to the local labor inspectorate, do not give names and surnames, just consult what could be and how to protect yourself from problems.
Many write in the answers "normal", "usual", and so on. Paying in an envelope is not normal, it is common, but it is not normal.
