Tell me, please, what services do you know for testing developers - job candidates? I mean exactly the testing of applicants (and not, for example, tests for self-testing of developers). Secondly, I do not mean multiple choice tests, but a test task that requires the candidate to write code.
Such a task requires code verification, not automated, but by a human specialist (that is, we want to find such specialists).
For example, I found such a foreign tool - codility.com. Do you, dear colleagues, know something similar, but in Russian? Or maybe even something better?
Interestingly, searching for the phrase "developer testing" does not return any contextual advertising (at least relevant). Not to mention that organic search results are not what I need at all. I'm not looking for it?

Thank you! I'll try to look at this tool. But, in my opinion, it is rather for organizing the process. My goal is to find quality online testing outsourcing services. And not just a platform that provides the technical means for this. I would like an authoritative third-party specialist to create a test task that involves writing code and check the quality of the task himself. And he described his opinion about the quality of the candidate.

This is what recruiters and agencies try to do, but they, in turn, are not liked by applicants (“another extra interview”).
Well, it is not clear how to solve the issue of trust - i.e. where is the guarantee that the criteria for evaluating candidates for this outsourcing service will suit me as an employer. They can be both overestimated and underestimated, depending on each specific employer.
