What server OS should I choose to run docker containers?

We need a reliable and not greedy :) system. It is planned to launch the Onlyoffice, Zimbra, NextCloud corporate portal on its hardware ... while it is still in the selection stage.

Well, there are 2 options - either your favorite and familiar, or sharpened purely for containers. The latter are usually not just sharpened for containers, but for kubernetes. Accordingly, if you want k8s - CoreOS is the first candidate.
