What scheme of work of corporate mail is better?
Hello!
We have a question in our company via corporate mail. Please advise which is better.
There are 8 people in the company: a manager, an accountant, 2 marketers and 4 sales people. There is a small turnover. For corporate mail, we use Yandex with our own domain.
Now we see two options:
1) Each employee to open a box. But in this case, if a person quits, he can simply take all his contacts with him. Plus, in some cases, he may simply forget to answer the letter.
2) Open the mailbox [email protected] for the department and give everyone access. In this case, no one will miss the mail and all correspondence will be saved.
What do you advise? How does it work in your company?

We have a much larger company, so our own mailer has been operating since 1997.
Each employee has his own box. As for contacts, he can take them away at any moment, it doesn’t happen that a person works and works and fuck-tibidoh quits. He can enter contacts into the phone and write down on a piece of paper.
Emails from mailboxes like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc will most likely end up in spam.
Well, of course, to have "general" mailboxes like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] - but do not write from them, but stupidly redirect to a couple of people
