What scheduler to use?

Hello.
I have several machines that have been processing parts for a while.
I would like to have for each machine something like "now part 1 is in work, then 2, and then free" (in the form of a gantt chart or something else, it doesn't matter). Relationships of parts with the order of processing on the machines do not seem to be expected.
Also it would be desirable, that there were some users.
I also wanted the system command to be called when the task was started and outside of this program it was relatively easy to edit the data (for example, the part was delayed, so shift the entire schedule).
Of course, you can write a bicycle yourself, but maybe there is already something ready?
