What salary can Java Junior expect in Moscow, in the current situation?

In connection with the fall of the ruble, and the permanent absence of salary indications from employers, on hh.ru, I would like to ask the question - how much can you generally demand from an employer for a Java Junior position?
With a completed higher education, and of course zero commercial experience in project development. I have known all the classic and not very questions that are asked at interviews for a long time, and I answer with my eyes closed, I have already played a lot with jpa, all sorts of web frameworks, I can answer basic questions. But I don't know the front-end in terms of js well.
1200 USD in USD is a penny, but in rubles it is 60-70k. If I say such a figure, will they immediately stop talking to me after the interview, or vice versa, can I ask for more?

zero commercial development experience

Here you don’t need to think about salary, but about developing your skills. You need to choose a place where you can really learn something.
It is possible to offer a higher salary in state offices and they will look at the presence of a tower, but this is really a swamp.

As a Junior, you cannot claim anything. Your more successful classmates start working already in their 3rd year. At the moment you are worth nothing.

If the question is still relevant, then demand 1000 USD
Well, or in rubles 40-50 tons. For Junior, this is normal. (if Moscow).
