What salary can a system administrator expect in a non-IT company?
There is a vacancy for a system administrator in a furniture store.
They work with 1s 8.0 (warehouse) and 1s 8.2 (accounting). All this is running on Windows Server 2008 r2 with MS SQL file base. The server is in the enterprise. PC park around 10-20. Everything is very old, XP SP3 is everywhere.
As far as I know, there is a firewall through which everyone enters the world.
Mail is used by Mirokhostovskoy.
IT is not particularly funded (rather not even funded). According to the admin, who is still working there, repairs everything himself with a soldering iron in his hands (monitors, power supplies, conders on the motherboard, etc.)
Unfortunately, this is all the information that I have.
I am a student, I live in Ukraine (Kyiv). They want me to name the desired salary (the option of outsourcing is possible). I don’t want to be particularly impudent, because I don’t have work experience, but working for a penny is also not an option.

Bad start to a career. Start, it's the finish line. At this enterprise in ten years, you will still be running around with a soldering iron. There is no one to learn from, there is nowhere to develop, there will be no large-scale projects, and there will be no adequate management. I support the previous speakers - better go to the profile organization.
UPD: no snobbery, I have come across such offices many times - they have the right to life. But this work is rather for homemade (pre-) retirement age.
From 5000 UAH in the case of a full working day, and about 3200 UAH. through outsourcing.
what kind of stupid questions
take and ask the admin how much he gets here is your answer
usually all these dances with a salary depend on the current location ..
but if you remove the soldering iron, then 250 bucks on average for such work, so as not to sit in the office ......
bad start. as the gentlemen above have already unsubscribed - in IT outsourcing either a large company (from 1000 people) or a bank.
What for on 20 computers the system administrator??????????????????????
Coming - yes.
If we are talking about constant work from morning to evening, then they obviously want to underpay. There is simply nothing for the administrator to do there. You will help the secretary write formulas in Excel.
