What's wrong with websites? why not indexed?

Good afternoon. Forgive me for such a question, but help me figure it out - why the sites won't get out of the limits of the first hundred square meters in any way? Previously launched sites are kept in the top ten and these were used as a template, but for some reason they cannot get to the hundred (chernomorskie-kruizy.ru and gadanie-marina.ru). Previously, I thought it was because of a looped redirect to https, but now I launched two new ones on the http protocol, but they still hang out somewhere in the unknown. Help me please. Maybe I don't notice something?
