When scrolling down with the wheel, it is buggy and scrolls in some pieces.
Sometimes the wheel spins but the page doesn't move.

Disassemble. Take a picture. Post it here. If the photo sensor is on the wheel - remove dust, clean it. If the usual resistor - try to blow it with compressed air. Or replace.
