What's wrong with the directory settings?

Why are all properties displayed in the product card when only a part is specified in the catalog settings? service properties are also displayed. Please help fix this

Most likely the template says so, properties are displayed through ['PROPERTIES'] and not through ['DISPLAY_PROPERTIES']. Watch it.
