I want to change the meta tags on the detailed product page https://socialpharmacy31.rf/catalog/lekarstvennye_prepa... , everything changes in sections and subsections, but in the final product I don’t want to dig in which direction to fix it?

Most likely in the detail view component, or in its template in component_epilog.php
