I collect keywords, a copywriter writes text for them, I buy a few (20-100) links to the site, I register in my directory and Google business, but the positions are pipets ..

Looked at your site for selling shoes a little.
Your site lacks technical and basic SEO optimization.
1. Technical examples:

• the presence of an intermediate 301 redirect to www and not configured 301 with a slash "/" (see screenshot). Previously, it was possible to set up a 301 redirect with a slash, but "flew off", now because of this, 105 extra 301 redirects have been formed.
  

2. Examples of basic SEO optimization:
1. Title - 2 items are missing
2. Title=H1 - 18 items
3. Two H1 per page - 1 item
4. In the index of the search page for tags that contain nothing but product cards, or at all without content. Search pages by tags in SERPs create duplicates (see screenshot).

5. Requests for landing pages do not match the user's intent and there is no text (see screenshot).
