What's wrong with scaling a Chrome window on macos?
Greetings. It's not clear to me why in macos all applications, when double-clicking on the top, stretch to full screen, and Google Chrome only stretches vertically. It stretches to full screen only when shift is pressed.
Because of this, there are incompatibilities with programs like magnet, bettersnaptool. All applications, except for chrome, are perfectly deployed to full screen, half the screen, etc. Also, when double-clicking without a shift, they expand to full screen.
Interested in whether all macos users have such a problem (feature)? And can something be done about it? I myself use high sierra and chrome, of course, the latest version.

High Sierra + latest Chrome = same bullshit. However, it doesn’t bother me - I use the free Spectacle and its shortcuts to manage windows, it’s Cmd + Option + F
faster and more convenient than clicking on the window title. Especially if stopizzot tabs are open (I always have it personally).
