What's wrong with Linux??? Can't determine UUID!?

I don't know what the problem is, I just gave up. I installed linux, sorted everything out, and abruptly there is no uuid, I already decided to check with blkid, but blkid does not issue uuid either. What kind of nonsense?) And even sudo does not recognize initframs ...
Okay, I give up and ask for help. Explain without articles please, sometimes just couch experts accumulate.

Ps Everything is fine with the installer, I downloaded the iso from the site.

@unixilus

Recently in Centos, when migrating a virtual disk, I did

dracut --regenerate-all -f && grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
