What's with the Yii2 tag?

Return the tag, why was it removed? Yii1 and Yii2 are different despite the name.

different versions of the same software have different features (and sometimes they differ quite significantly) - this is expected and normal.
nevertheless on the toaster:
- there are no separate tags for winxp/7/8/10, but there is one windows tag.
- there is a php tag, but no php5/php7 tags
- there are no separate tags for python 2/3, there is one python tag
- there is gnome, but not gnome 2/gnome 3
- etc, this list can be continued for a long time
and few people are confused by this - the version can always be specified in the question.

From the position of structuring questions in the knowledge base, removing tags for various versions ( OS, PL, CMS, etc. ) may indeed not seem like the best solution. But users rarely ( almost never) look at all questions for a tag before asking the question associated with it. Those. as a structured knowledge base, the service is not used very often. At the same time, the main mission of any question and answer service is to help the user find the answer to his question as soon as possible. And for this, it is necessary to promptly notify as many users as possible about the appearance of a new question to which they presumably may know the answer. So we start from the assumption that a user who has come across one version is very likely to have come across another, which is the reason for combining related tags. A specific version can always be specified in the wording or description of the question.
