What's up with the paginator? Posts roll down the pages

I've been facing the following problem for quite some time now.

When I go, for example, from www.habrahabr.ru/feed/posts/page4/ to www.habrahabr.ru/feed/posts/page5/ I see several posts from the previous page. When I go to page6, I again see several posts from page 5.

Previously, this behavior of the site meant that new posts appeared on the main page, but the problem is that there are none, and for some reason the posts roll down the pages.

What can be wrong?

Hasty citizens who want to write about some news first publish an empty post, then put it in drafts, and then write it. This is to be first. When they do mature before publication, the post appears in the feed with the date/time of the first publication. At the same time, far fewer people read it than they could, but the author receives moral satisfaction :)

Noticed that too.
Posts do not appear at the beginning, but in the middle of the list.
It seems that they appear [from somewhere] from the sandbox, or from where, I don’t really understand how it works, and fall into the feed. But the tape is sorted not by the time the post hit it (so that it is at the top), but by the time the post was created - and the post is in the middle.
I do not know if this is so, I did not peer, but such an impression is formed.
In general, the habr is decently buggy. For example, I constantly lose authorization :(
