What's the problem with installing Elementary OS?

Downloaded Elementary OS Freya 0.3, burned the image to disk. There are 2 HDDs on the computer, one 150 GB is completely system ( C ), the other is 1.5 TB for files ( D ). Partition F with a capacity of 39 GB (Logical) was separated from disk D. I started the installation from the disk via the Boot Menu , formatted F in the installer and created 2 partitions, 1) 7 GB swap file. 2)Everything else is under the system, the Ext4 format is the mount point "/", I put the bootloader in the same place as the system on the Ext4 partition. After the installation is completed and the computer reboots, the tray with the disk opens, and on the screen the system logo and the inscription, asking you to remove the installer from the tray and close it, remove the disk, close the tray, press Enter and Windows starts, after loading partition F in the computer is not visible at all. So I reinstalled already 5 times the result is the same. What's wrong?

I put the system loader in the same place, it is necessary to put it where the Windows bootloader is
