Hello. I would like to know what are the most convenient tools for testing IE 8+ and where to download them? Thank you.

1) In most cases F12 in IE11 -> document mode is more than enough.
2) If you need to be more thorough, download images for the virtual machine with the required versions of Win and IE - Windows Dev Center
3) For full testing on all devices - browserstack (paid, quite expensive, but when you need it, it's worth it, there are no alternatives. 30 minutes for free, but limited by available devices)
