What's the difference between Intel Edison and Galileo?

I want to touch the iron component of IoT, but I don’t know where to start.
All these Edison and Galilee arduinos are misleading.
There are also kits (Kit) I would like not to screw up when buying.
What to buy and what not?
Edison is sort of like a processor (SoC), and for him there is also a "motherboard" where it is inserted,
but Edison is on an atom, but I would like to start with a quark, since it seems to be the smallest.
Where did this "SD card" go?CACuJqjzeVY.jpg

I answer myself.
Good articles on Habré with descriptions of products, everything becomes clear from the description.

What to buy? This issue is easily solved!
1. Decide what you need it for.
2. Go to the website of board manufacturers and read-read-read.
3. Fill in the table of correspondence of the board to your requirements.
4. Choose the board that suits you the most.
Knowing full well that it will take a lot of letters to read, and this is not held in high esteem now, I will tell you about the second way:
Buy Galileo.
