Is it possible to run an analog turntable on arduino or raspberry?

I got a 3-speed vinyl player with speed control on photocells.
I want to make something interesting and cool out of it)
Namely:

  • Bluetooth client (player so you can connect your phone)
  • Radio (where without it)
  • And, of course, playing vinyl records

Of course, I want a good screen to display information, even monochrome.
What technologies for this mono take?
Will arduino cope with this (I have an arduino uno from a Chinese shop, I took it like that, play around, lie around idle), or get something more serious?
I'm burning with this idea, I want to start implementing it before the fuse falls)

It is possible to do this on an arduino, using a relay, but it will be a “crutch”, so to speak, and the sound of the Arduino is difficult to process, and the screen needs a low resolution, (I mean a hybrid of a Bluetooth speaker and a vinyl player, switching between them will be using relay to implement Arduino, a Bluetooth speaker with a vinyl player will be released), but for more serious projects, you need a Raspberry PI.
