What's broken? How to determine?
Recently, the following has been observed with the computer:
Zavison for a couple of seconds, blinking of monitors (fast, two or three times), shutdown (black screen) and after 5-6 seconds all this disgrace stops.
Apps don't crash. Except Chrome (but not other chromiums like Opera). Chrome continues to work, but in this form
, the design jumps from the seven (I have win10).
Moreover, if several Chrome windows are open, the glitch appears only on the currently active window (or the last one used, if another application is active).
The question arises, why sin?
RAM? Vidyaha? Or a chromium software glitch? ..
How to check, localize the source of the problem?

It looks like the vidyuha artefacts, just uses the chrome vidyukha. Look at the Windows system logs, it will be written there.
I had the same problem one-on-one - freezing, black screen, design elements of 7-ki in 10-ke.
And I had the same after a few seconds, everything sagged.
And after a glitch, it ends with an AMD Settings error. Only the browser is not Chrome, but Firefox. Video card - RX460. Couldn't figure out the reason anyway. I sinned on the video card, but the problem is that during heavy 3D games there were no freezes or glitches. I even replaced the PSU for prevention from an old FSP to a brand new Corsair - it did not help. I reinstalled the system once ... tried W10 - Home, Pro, LTSB. I even installed 7-ku, but I couldn’t use it for an unexpected reason for me - wild tearing in Firefox and in other browsers, which I couldn’t win. The computer is clean, there is no dust "felt", I follow this. And so, once again deciding to reinstall the system in general on Ubuntu (I'm not a fan of dual-boots, I have the principle "one computer - one OS"),
When moving the mouse cursor, the image is divided into squares. In general, I recorded everything on photos and videos, recorded it on a disk and handed over the video card under warranty along with the disk. Now I'm using the old backup computer in anticipation of the verdict of the SC.
