What Russian-language sites do you know for learning programming?

I would like to explore all possible resources for learning programming languages.
There is only one condition - the site and the courses on it must be in Russian.

There is only one condition - the site and the courses on it must be in Russian.

Seriously, without knowledge of English, at least at the level of reading technical literature (this is actually not a very high level), you will very quickly hit the ceiling. Despite the fact that in the current situation with electronic dictionaries, translators, online courses, etc. learning at least a little language will not take much time, but it will help you in the future.
For programming, I recommend the book "The Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs", it is in a good translation in Russian, and it is taught at MIT. But for a school student, it can be hard. Therefore, it is better to use some simplified things like codeschool, and there you already need a language.

We recently launched (as a Hexlet subproject) a free code-basics.ru project. So far, only PHP, but with a lot of practice right in the browser and chewed to the very worst.

In terms of theoretical aspects, there are many good courses on the same courser, on the steppe.
In terms of practical skills, I recommend ours - goodprogrammer.ru
Moreover, practically free of charge, in Russian and at a good level.

The English-speaking community of developers is much larger than the Russian-speaking one, and English is used for unification and exchange of experience. A huge amount of new materials, libraries, tools come out in English, being developed by Russians, Germans, Spaniards, even Chinese. Their translations into Russian, if someone undertakes, will always lag behind the original source, and often they simply will not exist, and you will lose a lot. Learn, read articles and discussions in the original, try to communicate with other English-speaking developers (for example, on GitHub, in public Slack and other chats).
What resources will help you learn English for web development?
