What router and adapter would you recommend for distributing wi-fi at a speed of 500 Mbps?

A new operator has appeared in the city, which has a tariff with 500 Mbps at a divine price. I'm connecting the other day ...
Now I have 100 Mbps, which are distributed by an old D-Link DIR-615. And he never gave out more than 60 Mbps via wi-fi, although there were all 100 on the cable. Now I don’t want to lose speed, but I don’t want to pull extra wires either.
The current router has a declared speed of 300 Mbps, but in fact, as I wrote above, 60 (the signal is excellent, 5 meters without walls and there are not many other networks). Therefore, I'm right in confusion on what parameters to look for, so that the router gives out the declared speed.
Budget for a router = up to 8500
Budget for an adapter = up to 3500
As for routers, I'm still leaning towards MikroTik hAP AC .

Again, I advise Edimax because I use it myself.
Check out Edimax CAP1200 - $6900
